Order is not quite right? No worries, it happens!
We do not issue refunds, however if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 7 days of receiving your purchase for a Butter Up store credit.
Please note that Butter Up does not cover the shipping cost for returns and that this will be the customer's full responsibility. Exceptions will be granted if Butter Up is at fault, such as faulty garments or dispatch errors.
All items must be in original condition with tags still attached (any item that has been worn, washed, damaged or altered cannot be returned).
Please do not send product back without first contacting us for approval.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
For return instructions, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return. Once a return is approved it must be sent back to our store within 3 business days.
Butter Up Co. will not be held liable for the loss or misplacement of items being returned. We recommend using registered or signed post with tracking details for security. You can also send us your tracking details so we can keep an eye out for your return.
